Got this for my Son-in-Law for Christmas. The experience of opening it was well worth the price. Fun for the whole family. Great ideas! Have ordered another for my Son's birthday.

Finally - a gift for that someone who doesn't need anything and is so difficult to shop for. He had a great time (as did those observing) opening the crate. That was almost as much fun as watching him pull out the gifts inside. Best of all, he actually liked the gift! Not the fake appreciation, but the kind where he REALLY LIKED THE GIFT!

Got this for my three kids, and they loved it!! So glad I found this website! The first box was shipped as is. I taped one box in silver duct tape and one in camo duck tape for the two local. There were a lot of laughs while they tried to get their boxes open, then to find the crate inside with a crowbar was priceless. Thank you Mancrates for making for a fun Christmas. Bacon bacon and MORE Bacon!! got this for my friend Dave who wraps everything with bacon when he grills or campfire cooks. He knew he was in for a struggle when he saw the crowbar! After a few minutes. And with the help of a hammer he got it open. Got the contents out immediately tearing into a pack of jerky. Ummmmm good bacon jerky.... all in all. Big thumbs up!

I am very happy with my Mancrates experience-it could have been a disaster after the box was misplaced by FedEx but they managed to make it fun and easy! I ordered the Bacon Crate and unfortunately, it was reported to have been dropped off by FedEx but I never actually received it. I called Mancrates late on Thursday night to see if there is anything they could do and they kept me on the phone while they searched the warehouse for a replacement. The crate was delivered again that Saturday for no additional cost. The entire process was soo easy and the man I spoke to on the phone was hilarious and very helpful. I will definitely be ordering another crate in the future! The recipient of the Bacon Crate LOVED everything inside. It was an instant favorite at the gift exchange!

The crate arrived right on time! My boyfriend absolutely loved every single thing in this box. I was weirded out by the jalapeño bacon jerky flavor when I was ordering the crate, but he said it was absolutely delicious. Forgot to add in my last review (i'm the sympathy bacon crate girl), that the customer service at man crates is AWESOME. I had ordered it rush shipping and when there was a problem with fed ex they called me immediately and fixed the problem (thanks james!) immediately. I actually think James had stayed late to address the problem with me, as I'm pretty sure it was as their call center was closing. Either way they take their customer service seriously and I would go out of my way to use them again because of the fantastic product they provide and the quick 5star service attention they apply to any problems. My friend's community had a gate code and the driver was new and didn't have it FYI, so I'd doubt anyone else would run into this problem.

I sent this crate to the husband of a good friend of mine (we're in our low 30's) when his grandmother passed away as a unique sympathy gift. They absolutely loved it and I think it really gave him the distraction he needed at the moment. I mean who doesn't love bacon? Well, getting a gift for the father in law can be tough, especially after 15 years of doing it! But this was the coolest gift! Once I typed in gifts for men and this site came up, I knew I struck gold!
I placed the order and after I placed it had to change the shipping address, emailed customer service and they had it changed right away with no issues!
Once my father in law got home to it, he opened it and called us right away! He loved it! I don't know how tasty everything was because Im not there to eat it, but I have no doubt that its terrific!
